Application configuration checks

Note these checks will normally be performed by an installation or service engineer.

Parameter Check:

Measuring head - settings Measuring head voltages are set to 2.5V

System Diagnostics – enter password – Sensor and Valves

Note measuring head voltages can be re-trimmed from the front of the Viscometer Control module

Sample push up

Ad-hoc clean Ensure that a viscometer and a method is configured for each position. Carry out an ad-hoc clean – ensure tubes are clean and dry

Home Page – Adhoc Clean

Check push-up pressure: Activate capillary valve, turn on head pump and observe push up – adjust push up pressure to obtain a smooth rate. Check measuring head voltages detect meniscus on push up.
