This is an exciting step in their story but also one fraught with danger.

Both elephants were brought to the DSWF funded orphanage in Zambia seven years ago as innocent victims of the poaching crisis.

In Africa elephants are being killed at a faster rate than they are being born. The safety of these two orphans and wild elephants is at risk.
