In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way with Senior Bowl, LLC, its related events and activities, I, ________________________________ the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:

1. The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular skills, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,

2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,

3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the Company immediately; and,

4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS Senior Bowl, LLC their officers, officials, agents an/or employees, volunteers, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessor’s of premises used for the activity (“Releasees”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property associated with my presence or participation, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

CHARITY RUN COURSE MAP The 10K race route features an extremely fast, flat course through historic downtown Mobile.

RUNNER PERKS

For only $20 (10K, 5K, and 1-Mile Fun Run), all runners will receive a long-sleeve T-shirt and admittance to the Family Fun Festival.

FAMILY FUN FESTIVAL

The Family Fun Festival will take place in Bienville Square from 8:00AM – 12:00PM on race day and will include plenty of free food, music, and activities for everyone.

HELP AREA YOUTH

Low fee of $20 per runner for 10K, 5K, and 1-mile Fun Run. Entry fee includes long-sleeve T-shirt and admittance to the Family Fun Festival. NOTE: Entry fee on November 3 & November 4 will be $25 for adults and $20 for children.

RACE HEADqUARTERS

Race headquarters (registration and packet pick-up) will be located at the Reese’s Senior Bowl Office at 151 Dauphin Street and open during the following hours:

TOP FINISHER AWARDS

10K and 5K awards will be presented to the top three male and female Overall, Masters, Grand Masters, and Race Walk finishers and to the top male and female Wheelchair finishers during the Family Fun Festival. Awards to the top three male and female finishers in age groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80+ will be available for pick-up at the Family Fun Festival.

1-MILE FUN RUN

A special 1-mile fun run promoting health and fitness for kids and their families will be held at 10:00AM. The first 3 male and female finishers will receive awards and the winner will be announced on field during the 2018 Reese’s Senior Bowl. ALL participants will receive a special decal for finishing the race.

COURSE SUPPORT

Dasani bottled water will be available at stations located along the 10K and 5K course as well as the start and finish line of all races. Clocks will be stationed at every mile. Medical teams will be at the start and finish lines as well as along the course.

FREE PARKING

All runners will help the Senior Bowl achieve its goal of raising funds for youth throughout our region. Since the inception of the Charity Run, more than $4.5 million has been raised for charities throughout the Gulf Coast.
