DESCRIPTION

Pegasus was conceived as an innovation hub focused on driving technological advancement, with the aim of creating a space that fosters the development of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) in the province.

TASKS

Theoretical background research / 2D and 3D design / Development of facility layout plans / Landscape design / Scene and video modeling and rendering / Creation of 360° virtual tours.

A L E T T E

When designing this technology hub, we aimed to convey elegance, visual purity, freshness, and innovation. For this reason, we chose to work with three main colors: white, orange, and green. These colors, each used in different ways, helped define the character of the project, highlighting its technological and contemporary spirit.

SECTION A-A

Structurally, our project was designed using a combination of construction systems, always prioritizing functionality.

Starting with the basement, we proposed a foundation of footings, reinforced concrete walls 20 cm thick, and reinforced concrete columns with a 60 cm diameter and a capital of 2.5 x 2.5 meters.

On the ground floor and first floor, we continued with reinforced concrete slabs, W 500 steel profile columns, and a Steel deck mezzanine.

Finally, the roof was designed with spatial triangulation and cladding made of Alucobond panels.

SUSTAINABLE STRATEGIES

WIND ENERGY

When defining the premises of our project, sustainable strategies were at the forefront. It was one of the aspects in which we were most involved, not only due to the importance of sustainable architecture today but also because of the resource optimization that comes with designing with awareness.

For energy generation, we proposed a solar panel park and wind turbines.

For water conservation, we implemented biodigesters to collect gray and black water, which can be reused for irrigation.

Regarding circulation within the site, we proposed the use of bicycles and encouraged the use of electric vehicles by providing charging stations.

DESCRIPTION

Design of virtual corporate events with various themes, featuring entrance lobbies, rooms of different categories, exhibition stands, and auditoriums for talks.

TASKS

Design, modeling, and rendering of spaces.

PROJECT

It consists of virtual conferences, made up of various rooms that allow the user to navigate the space through hyperlinks connecting the entire event

LOBBYS

The lobbies are the welcoming spaces, the first room the user enters. They typically consist of a reception area, co-living spaces, screens for brand placements, and entry and exit doors leading to other areas.

TOOLS USED

HALLS

The hall spaces contain all the exhibition stands. In these areas, users have the opportunity to explore the various brands participating in the event and connect with those of their preference.

Similar to the lobby, the halls are made up of stands, screens for graphic placements, and entry and exit doors.

TOOLS USED

STANDS

The stands are the most important elements of the event; they are the spaces where each brand can leave its mark and capture the user's attention.

They typically include a reception desk, screens, and seating areas (lounges) for users to stay and engage

DESCRIPTION

Complete renovation of a family apartment located in Las Leñas, a ski resort in Mendoza, Argentina.

TASKS

Design, modeling, and rendering of spaces.

For the apartment, located in a ski resort where snow is the main feature, we aimed to give it a Nordic style, using neutral colors, abundant natural materials (wood), and a functional, minimalist design.

PROJECT

The apartment to be renovated featured an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

In this proposal, we suggested changes to the flooring, cladding, and furnishings for all spaces, keeping very little of the original style.
