ClusurelPost-closure Funding The operational certificate holder shall cstablish and maintain, during rhe life of the landfill, a dedicated reserve fund in a form acceptable to the Regional Waste Manager, sufficient to finance closure, post-closure and environmenlat contingencies related to the landiill. The operational certificate holder shall submit a repon to the manager by December 31,1998 derailing the estimated cost of carrying our closure and post-closure activities for a minimum post-closure period of twenty five (25) years and how the fund will be accrued.
