Contaminated Soil The operational cerrificate holder is authorized to utilize contaminated soil for final cover, top dressing and landscaping, in accordance with the Wasie Management Act and its regulations. The concentration of any substance in [he soil shall not be greater than the urban park land (PL) standard, as set fonh in the Contaminated Sites Regulation. Soil that does not meet this standard, mcept soil classified as special waste, shall bc managed as waste or used for daily or intermediate cover.

Posting of Signs The operational cenificale holder shall post a sign, to the Regional Wasre Manager, at the entrance of the landfill current information:
