April 19, 2022 Riversport, From each member of our team, thank you for considering SPICE Advertising Agency as your communications provider. SPICE is committed to ensuring our clients not only reach their goals but surpass them. We believe our campaign will successfully exceed Riversport OKC’s expectations. In the following document, you will find our media plan detailing objectives and tactics to accomplish the goals you have given us, along with some creative planning. This campaign aims to increase awareness of Riversport OKC — specifically the upcoming summer concerts. For the summer concerts, we have curated a three-part series titled Soundwaves of Summer. This series will be accompanied by other attractions, creating the perfect night out for anyone in OKC, Tulsa or surrounding areas. We have included our plan of action for the following: who we will have as the entertainment, what food we will have, the overall cost for everything and many other important details. We are confident that this proposal will result in reaching at least 5,000 people in a 30-mile radius with news of the Soundwaves of Summer concert series.
