Take 3 deeps breaths with your hands somewhere on your body (heart and belly are good places to start). Ask yourself how are you feeling.
Eat dessert with your fingers and lick them. Chocolate cake, lemon curd, whipped cream, cherry pie Get messy Get creative Have fun!
Buy/Wear some luxurious pajamas or lingerie to bed just for you Satin. Silk. Cashmere. Whatever feels indulgent to you!
Hug somebody you love for at least 10 seconds and feel their heartbeat and their breath on your skin
Take a long bubble bath with your favorite essential oils or epsom salt. Add some music and candles. Voila’: all kinds of senses being enticed!
Remember, these are just for you. To learn more about your desires and what makes you feel alive!

Sensuality in midlife is the best way to age vibrantly. Sure there’s nutrition and exercise and sleep. But we’re beyond those basics. Now’s the time to prioritize your sensuality & pleasure!
