The Rough Draftthroughout The Course You Have Been Working Toward You The Rough Draft Throughout the course, you have been working toward your final project. This week, you will be submitting a rough draft of that project. Using the information from your outline, your bibliography, and your literature review, combine the information to create a rough draft (you will have the opportunity for this to be reviewed by your instructor and your peers). Pay close attention to the following criteria to ensure you covered everything. While this is a rough draft of your project, keep in mind that the more complete your draft, the greater chance you have to receive relevant and constructive feedback. Once you have completed your work, post it to “The Rough Draft” forum (we will return to this forum in our peer review activity in week six). You have three options in how you can present your final project: As a Paper, a Presentation, or a Speech. Presentation Option: The presentation should be creative, engaging, and demonstrate your learning. It should last 8 to 10 minutes, include visual elements (graphics, pictures, etc.), be created using PowerPoint or Prezi, and be recorded with your voice using screen capture tools such as JING or Eyejot. Speech Option: The speech should be creative and engaging, lasting 8 to 10 minutes, accompanied by a typed handout. You will deliver this orally and include supporting visual aid(s) if desired. General Requirements for All Formats: Ensure your final project is well-organized, with a logical flow that clearly addresses the chosen subject. The project must include the following elements: The Community Organization: Clearly identify the organization’s focus and community needs. Include a brief history, community partnerships, and suggest additional potential partnerships. Discuss cross-cultural challenges and
