This paper will first detail the final project management plan, reflecting revisions based on peer and instructor feedback, and then provide a critical retrospective evaluating lessons learned, strategies effective progress, and areas for future enhancement.

Final Project Management Plan The project management plan I developed was structured around the fundamental project lifecycle phases:

initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. During the initiation phase, clear objectives and deliverables were established in conjunction with key stakeholders. Revisions incorporated more detailed stakeholder analysis and communication plans to ensure alignment and buy-in (PMI, 2017).
