The Method Of Training Used Can Affect The Behavior And Cognitive Lear The method of training used can affect the behavior and cognitive learning of the audience; therefore, in meeting the needs of the audience, you must consider the various methods of how training is delivered (i.e., traditional vs. web-based). Of the traditional types of methods, which would you select for your organization? Why?

Paper For Above instruction Choosing an appropriate training method within an organization depends heavily on the specific needs of the workforce, the nature of the skills to be acquired, and the organizational goals. Among traditional training methods such as classroom instruction, on-the-job training (OJT), and simulated training, I would advocate for the adoption of on-the-job training for its practical advantages and effectiveness in fostering cognitive and behavioral learning outcomes. On-the-job training (OJT) is an immersive, experiential approach where employees learn by actively performing job tasks under supervision. This method encourages hands-on engagement, enabling trainees to develop relevant skills in real work conditions and gain immediate feedback, which enhances both confidence and competence. Unlike classroom-based training, which can sometimes be abstract or disconnected from actual job tasks, OJT provides contextualized learning that aligns more closely with real job performance, thereby supporting more durable knowledge retention and practical skill acquisition (Baldwin & Ford, 1988). One key benefit of OJT is its ability to cater to various learning styles. Visual, kinesthetic, and auditory learners all find the method adaptable because it incorporates observation, physical activity, and direct communication. For example, new employees observing seasoned workers and then practicing the same tasks foster experiential and social learning, which are critical components of behavioral change and cognitive development. Furthermore, OJT allows for personalized coaching and mentoring, which can identify and address individual learning gaps more efficiently than group classroom settings (Ladyshewsky, 2010). While traditional classroom training is valuable for disseminating theoretical knowledge, it often lacks the direct application and contextual relevance necessary for complex skill acquisition. Conversely, e-learning and web-based training offer flexibility and scalability but might lack the personalized feedback that enhances experiential learning. In contrast, OJT combines the benefits of immediate application,
