Self-awareness involves understanding one’s own emotions and accurately assessing how they influence behavior. Many individuals lead busy lives, often neglecting to reflect on their emotional responses and how these responses impact interactions with others. An important aspect of self-awareness is recognizing how others perceive us; however, people often find it challenging to view themselves objectively from outside perspectives. Enhancing self-awareness can be achieved by allocating time for reflection and seeking honest feedback from trusted sources. An aware individual can detect shifts in team morale, address misunderstandings, and demonstrate empathy toward colleagues’ perspectives, which enhances collaboration and trust. Focused attention on service-oriented behavior and understanding power dynamics within organizations further improve one's social awareness. The ability to perceive and adapt to the emotional states of others supports effective communication and leadership,
