Competencyprioritize Three Quality Measures Used In Operational Design

Your boss has asked you to represent the organization in regards to participating on an industry research panel on quality measures. There is an expectation that all participants submit any required work before the initial meeting. Your job is to create an APA reference list that contains ten total research articles. The requirement is that five of the articles are focused on quality management, and the other five are centered on quality measures. Along with the reference list, please submit a paragraph describing the process you used for selecting the articles, and what criteria you used in the search process in order to prepare for the industry research panel.

Paper For Above instruction

In preparation for participating in the industry research panel on quality measures, I employed a systematic and strategic approach to selecting relevant scholarly articles. My process began with defining clear inclusion criteria focused on recency, relevance, and credibility. I prioritized peer-reviewed journal articles published within the last decade, ensuring the information was current and reflective of the latest advances in quality management and measurement. I utilized academic databases such as PubMed, Google Scholar, and JSTOR, using specific keywords and Boolean operators like “quality management,” “quality measures,” “operational design,” and “healthcare quality” to refine my search results. To ensure credibility, I filtered results to include only articles published in reputable journals with impact factors above a certain threshold. I also reviewed abstracts to determine the relevance of each article to my topic, selecting only those that explicitly addressed either quality management systems or specific quality measures used in operational settings. To diversify perspectives, I ensured a combination of empirical research studies, review articles, and theoretical frameworks. This process resulted in a curated list of ten articles, with five focusing explicitly on quality management strategies and five on specific quality measures, providing a balanced foundation for meaningful participation in the research panel.
