FROM THE EDITOR A LETTER

A butter y. I was riding my bicycle up Stunt Road yesterday. I know Stunt Road very well. A little too well. Driving it, riding it, hiking around it, it is my “goto” canyon for many things. I was riding up Stunt road yesterday it was about 100 degrees and being out of shape, it was truly a lovely time. My head bent over my handle bars, I noticed a dead butter y on the white line of the road. ere she lay, expired.

When you are riding your bike and you are “su ering” because you are either out of shape or going very hard, your mind can wander funny places. I started thinking about myself in relation to that little butter y whose life had run out. Perhaps it was because I could barely breathe or my whole body was in shock, I needed something to take my mind o of the heat and my temporary su ering. at poor little butter y.

is time of year, Spring and Summer, you see a lot of butter ies. Floating e ortlessly wherever the wind takes them. My daughters love butter ies. When we see them, Scarlett will often give them names. I thought about what I would tell her if she saw the dead butter y on the road.

Most butter ies have a very short lifespan. From a week to a month. Some will go about a year, but for the most part, their lives are very short. I wondered if they realized that. Or, do they operate on di erent times that we do? Are they content with their week or their month of life? Did they get it all in? Did they oat and y and land on everything they wanted to before they ran out of time.

A few turns up, I came across another dead butter y. Same type, same color, same size. Like that, they were both gone. And there I was, dripping sweat trying to survive my out of shape uphill battle with Stunt Road on a 100 degree day. e butter y.

It really got me thinking about life. Is our life really as short as the butter y but we just don’t know it. As time speeds up and we get so wrapped up with our phones in our hands that we no longer look at that beautiful butter y oating before us. We take for granted that we should live to seventy or eighty and that those that don’t get the short end of the stick. at somehow we are guaranteed a long life while we all know many people who went way too young.

I think when I was younger, I felt more like a butter y, oating around. More free in terms of time and following my passions. I am not complaining, but I was riding up Stunt that day to try to recapture some tness that I once had. Sure it was hot, sure I am out of shape, but I know I can still do it. Not fast or pretty, but I can still do it. So I did it.

Floating around in space with no consideration of time. I watch my kids play. ey just play. ey grab their dolls and have no concept of time. Talking to the dolls, the dolls talking back. For hours, they can play. It makes me so happy that they play. eir minds wander and there are no constraints. ere are no invisible walls being put up, what they can, can’t or shouldn’t do. ey are free when they are playing. Sometimes we have places to go and Scarlett will say, “can’t I play just a little bit longer...” and of course she can. My dad told me to stay a kid as long as I could, that I had my whole life to be an adult, to take my time and enjoy my youth. Su ce to say, I always listened to my dad and his wise suggestions. I should write a book about them, it might not be politically correct, but it would be the honest to god truth. My father always told us how it was, but that is for another story.

Am I a butter y? Are you? Floating around, driving around, running around... aimlessly as the wind takes us. Sounds romantic doesn't it? An adventure, that little butter y has for a week or a month or a year. As the wind blows so she goes and where she ends, on Stunt Road. If you had to go, it wouldn’t be too bad of a place, nice view, nice turns, so fragrant this time of year with the

wild owers nishing their bloom.

Recently I lost a business associate, he was exactly my age, days apart. He came down with a cough and it ended up being a very severe form of cancer. Within a few months he was gone. It was so fast. He was here, then he wasn’t. He was a healthy guy who one day started coughing and that was that. It greatly a ected and continues to a ect everyone that knew him. It hit so close to home for many of us as he was healthy. He was young. He was full of life. Just like that... He will be greatly missed.

I thought about Luis, when I saw that butter y, I thought about myself, my family, my girls. I thought about what I was going to write as I pedaled up that hill. at I should be so appreciative that I could take a few moments to ride up that hill, in the heat, out of shape with my body screaming to stop, because that butter y was laying there and Luis is no longer with us. Because I am alive.

I thought about doing what I am supposed to be doing, am I happy with myself and if, like that butter y, I only had a few weeks or a few months to live, where would I oat to? Where would the wind take me? at I stare too much into my phone and not enough at the sunset at the beach with my family or with my friends. Catching that big wave that has eluded me for years now, that is when I most feel like a butter y.

I was talking to a cop at a board meeting, we talked about life and sur ng and time challenges. He looked squarely in my eyes and said, “sur ng is good for your mental health...,” When I got out of that meeting, I called my wife, we grabbed the kids and headed to Malibu for a late afternoon surf session. I put the girls on the surfboard and spent time with them in the water, I caught a few waves and it was just where I needed to be, oating on the water with my butter y wings.

Let the wind take you

Where you need to go

Follow your dreams

More than you know

Close your eyes

Hear the wind

Life is precious Live again

Every day it goes by go out and play as time passes away

Float on the wind

carry you home life is so short your mind roams

Life for this breath the air is pure be your life the end, always near

Life for now be who you want to be satisfy your dreams on butter y wings

Grateful Hearts Benefits LAPD & LAFD

Grateful Hearts at Warner Park was a fundraiser for the local LAPD and LAFD in the San Fernando Valley. The purpose of the event was to raise funds for LAPD and LAFD to help provide funds for items and products the city cannot.

The tremendous community event was produced by the West Valley Warner Center Chamber of Commerce, the largest chamber in the San Fernando Valley. Due the the pandemic, the annual event had been on hiatus and this was its grand return.

The event which took over the entire Warner Park as well as a couple of streets boasted a car show, live music, a blood drive, a safety fair, pet adoptions, displays from LAPD, LAFD, food trucks, informative booths from many different service related organizations, bounce houses, Operation Gratitude packing care packages for our troops, and so much more.

One of the highlights was a “cook off” between LAFD and LAPD... who could provide the best bar-b-que. The line for the bar-b-que stretched over fifty yards and proceeds again to fund LAPD and LAFD

The event was a grand slam home run. It was huge, attendance from the community was off the charts and everybody had a great time. It was a roaring return to one of the best events in the San Fernando Valley.

Over $70, 000.00 was raised over the course of the event and it truly shows that our community members have “grateful hearts.” Well done!

The Lamborghini Urus Performante

When Lamborghini decided to turn the SUV world upside down, they did it in epic fashion and redefined the sports car segment forever. An SUV that is an exotic car or hyper car, would it work? It did and Lamborghini continues to raise the bar. The most exclusive model in the Urus family, the Urus Performante is the flagship offering and it is a force to be reckoned with.

The Urus is powered by a 657-hp twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 which will get you to sixty in a tick over three seconds and a quarter mile time of 11.3 seconds. Starting price is just under $245,000.00 and it can quickly option up to the $300’s depending on how much Lambo bling you want to throw at it. And, it is a Lamborghini, so do it all!

The Urus Performante is a supercar wrapped in a SUV that makes sense because “you can.” The pinnacle of Super SUVs, if you have to ask why, this is not the SUV for you. If you want to drive around comfortably in a race car, with your family, as you get groceries...and know that you can walk away from just about everything else on the road...then this is the SUV for you.

“The Urus Performante takes the supreme performance and distinctive looks of Lamborghini’s ground-breaking Super SUV to the next level, retaining its luxurious versatility and delivering the most engaging driving experience: not only on road but in every environment, distinguished through an alluring design that denotes new benchmarks for driving dynamism in what is already a remarkable car,” says Stephan Winkelmann, Lamborghini Chairman and CEO. “The Urus set a new standard at its launch, taking Lamborghini’s design DNA and technological talent and delivering the world’s first Super SUV for a new era: the Urus Performante sets the bar even higher for the SUV segment.”

2024 FORD BRONCO RAPTOR CODE ORANGE PACKAGE

When Ford relaunched the Bronco it was a huge hit. I have a friend who ordered his and waited almost three years to get it. He loves it and says it was well worth the wait. And yes, he does take it off roading.

As most manufacturers do, Ford offered the Bronco at different “levels’’ within the Bronco lineup. From a base model to the flagship, the Bronco Raptor. The Bronco Raptor, just like any other sought after vehicle in today’s market, comes at a cost, the “market adjustment.” But, to have the best, there are those who will gladly pay...and the Bronco Raptor is the best in the line-up. For 2024 Ford is offering the Bronco Raptor Code Orange which adds new color options throughout the interior and exterior. Added colors options include; Shelter Green and Velocity Blue Metallic and painted fender flares are available as Bronco enthusiasts expressed following overwhelming demand.

From Ford:

The new Code Orange package applies the Raptor family’s distinctive hue across the cabin and exterior of the Bronco Raptor. The body wears Code Orange-themed graphics on the rear fenders, while the tow hooks and beadlock rings on the 17inch Dark Carbonized Gray wheels add Code Orange, as well. In the cabin, customers can pair Code Orange seatbelts with either a Black Onyx or Blue with Black Onyx upholstery.

Bronco customers can place an order with their selected Ford dealer for the 2024 Ford Bronco starting on August 16 and if you want one, you had better camp out...these Broncos will be presold if the past is any indication.

Supercar Sunday British Marque Day

The Supercar Sunday British Marque Day was a huge success. It was the last Supercar Sunday event prior to the weekly car show having to go on “hiatus” due to the Corona Virus Pandemic. As many of you know, Supercar Sunday began in the El Camino Shopping Center almost twenty years ago at the Village Coffee Roaster coffee shop.

As the event grew overtime, it became one of the preeminent weekly car shows in the United States if not the world. This was also before social media was driving event participation and event coverage. The event was, is and always will be something special and we can’t wait to resume the event.

The British Marque day brought British Cars of all types to Pierce College in Woodland Hills. The event Sponsored by Porsche Woodland Hills once again kept to its reputation of offering the most amazing cars and diversity of any event around. Here are just a few examples of the British Cars in attendance.

The 2024 Corvette E-Ray

The Corvette, an American icon. The C8 Corvette was truly a game changer for Chevrolet in every way. An entire new vehicle to usher in a new era of American excellence. It put the supercar manufacturers on notice and attracted an entire new market segment, everyone.

For 2024, Chevrolet has again raised the bar with the Corvette E-Ray. The latest iteration of the Corvette will be all-wheel drive and offer a hybrid powertrain. Again, not dissimilar to other supercars utilizing hybrid technology to maximize performance, Chevrolet claims a zero to sixty miles-per-hour in 2.5 seconds and that the E-Ray sprints the quarter-mile in 10.5 seconds. If indeed these numbers are correct, it could be potentially the fastest Corvette ever. Top speed is estimated to be over 180 miles per hour.

Performance is supplied by the E-Ray’s 160-hp front-mounted electric motor and 495-hp mid-mounted 6.2-liter V-8 combine for 655 horses. The E-Ray shares the Z06’s wider rear quarters as well as the amazing carbon-ceramic brakes. There are also many other options that will be available including a performance package. Once again, Chevrolet is gunning for the European Supercar Market and I think they should be worried.

The E-Ray pricing will start at $104,295 for the targa and $111,295 for the convertible.

Icon of the 60’s

Few aftermarket companies’ products have been so good that they were used as “Standard Equipment” on factory vehicles. But such was the case with Hurst Performance. The name was so synonymous with quality and performance, that Detroit automakers eventually created lines of vehicles with the “Hurst” moniker.

George Henry Hurst began his career in 1958 at a small shop in Pennsylvania. He partnered with a fellow named Bill Campbell. Together they began their manufacturing company making bumpers for VW buses. When VW caught on to their innovation, they began producing the bumpers themselves. So HurstCampbell branched out into the “shifter” business. Their products included motor mounts, wheels, and shifter knobs among other items. It was the “Hurst Performance Shifter” that brought the name recognition.

During the 1960’s, the company expanded, acquiring Schiefer Manufacturing (clutches) and Airheart (brakes). The duo brought the company public in 1968, and the friendship/partnership of the two innovators quickly evaporated.

In 1970 the Hurst Company was acquired by Sunbeam Products. Hurst was eventually forced out, as was Bill Campbell. In 1987 Hurst was purchased by the Mr. Gasket Company. The “Hurst” brand was then sold to B&M Racing and Performance products in 2007.

The achievements of the Hurst Company throughout the 60’s cannot be ignored. All four auto manufacturers (AMC, GM, Ford, Chrysler) had “Hurst Equipped Shifters” in their high performance models. A who’s who list of muscle cars, AMC’s Rebel Machine, Pontiac GTO, Oldsmobile 442’s, Boss Mustang 302 and 429, and the Plymouth Superbird are just a few in a long line.

Hurst was also innovative in their marketing, with a “Trackside Shifter Hospital” at racing events. They sponsored race cars in the “Indy 500,” “Baja 1000,” and at the “Bonneville Salt Flats.”

If you were a young man in the 1960’s, some of the best memories would be undoubtedly of the “Miss Hurst Golden Shifter Girls,” most notably Linda Vaughn.

Sadly, George Hurst took his own life in 1986. But his influence in the “Performance World” still survives to this day. His life was interesting and complicated, involving multiple marriages and divorces, IRS problems, and noteworthy contributions to society (the invention of the “Jaws of Life”).

If your curiosity is still running as strong as Hurst Products, I recommend the book, “Hurst Equipped: More Than 50 Years of High Performance,” by Mark Fletcher and Richard Truesdell.

Until then, don’t miss a shift!

Automotive Touchup e Simple DIY Solution for Paint Repair

No driver is immune to the perils of chips, nicks or scratches to their vehicle’s paint. Rocks y up from o the highway, other drivers open their car doors and hit the car beside them or teenagers drive their parents’ car without their permission only to bump something. e list goes on and on.

As we get out the Corvettes, BMWs, Porsches, Lamborghinis or other toys from storage, we may notice the chips, dings or scratches more than we did when we put them away. Few drivers want to slow down long enough to take their car to a professional body shop or spend top-dollar to x minor paint chips or scratches; they would rather be out enjoying their vehicle.

Few aspects of car repair are simple, quick or convenient. Fixing the vehicle’s paint, however, can be all three with the use of AutomotiveTouchup paint. From paint pens and bottles to aerosol spray cans and ready-to-spray products in pints, quarts and gallons, AutomotiveTouchup is the go-to source for any type of paint repair. e best part? With a database of more than 60,000 OEM colors, including colors going back to the muscle car era, the company produces each paint product individually in their New Orleansbased facility. is process guarantees that each color is specially formulated for each customer, rather than an o -the-shelf, pre-mixed standard color.

AutomotiveTouchup’s easy to navigate website explains how to locate the paint code as well as how to order the paint. Just enter the vehicle’s year, make and model and every paint code for that speci c vehicle will appear on a list. Find the paint code printed inside your speci c car and match it to the code on the website. It’s that easy.

To make the process even easier, the company’s website is designed as a one-stop-shop with a range of related products and supplies speci cally designed to use with the paint in order to x any paint problem. Simply add the nitrile gloves, sandpaper, sanding block, prep solvent, rubbing compound, protective eyewear, dust masks or any other equipment needed to x the particular paint problem to the online cart. Feel safe knowing that the color match will be precise and the repair can be performed at a fraction of the cost at the driver’s convenience. Everything arrives in one box, eliminating the need to make numerous trips to the auto parts store.

“We’ve had customers tell us that professional body shops wanted to charge them anywhere from $500 or more for basic paint repairs, but then they found our products and spent less than $100. At AutomotiveTouchup, our goal is to provide paint that blends seamlessly into the original paint while removing the hassle by making it convenient to do it yourself,” said AutomotiveTouchup General Manager Paul Fernandez. “We’re dedicated to making the process easy, so we have instructional videos on our website, and we make ourselves available to our customers should they have any questions.” e company recommends using the products in a well-ventilated area within the temperature range of 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Test the paint color on the enclosed test card prior to applying to the vehicle. Use prep solvent to remove wax or debris from the repair area and let it dry before applying the sandable primer to the vehicle. Some repairs will need to have the primer sanded down and reapplied, but most small xes do not require any sanding. Once the primer has dried, the paint color can be applied. Customers should make sure each layer is dry before adding another layer. Once the paint is dry, use glossy clear coat to achieve a good match and protect the base coat. Paint bottles and pens are best suited for the small nicks and chips, and the project can be completed in just a few hours. Aerosol spray cans work best on scratches or medium size projects such as mirrors or bumpers. e ready-to-spray applications can repair larger areas such as full body panels and are also great for complete restorations. Spray guns are required for ready-tospray applications and can be purchased directly through the website.

AutomotiveTouchup paint has also been successfully used to paint engine covers, matching brake calipers, model cars, bicycles and many other applications. Take the time in advance to x any paint issues so the vehicle is ready to drive on the next beautiful day lled with sunshine or to the next Super Car Sunday Show. For more information call 1.888.710.5192 or visit www.automotivetouchup.com/ or www.micro nish.com. Porsche Marque Days at Supercar Sunday are incredible as you never know who or what type of cars will turn up. That is something that Supercar Sunday is known for as well, diversity. This past Porsche Corral was no different.

Porsche Marquel Day was a huge success with some of the rarest Porches on display as well as daily drivers and track cars. From air-cooled to turbos and RS Models, if Porsche made it, there was an example of it at Supercar Sunday.

Not to get off topic, but it was a hugely successful morning with every type of other make and model on display. Hot rods, classics, imports, European and just about everything else that can drive in, did drive in. It was fantastic!

TipsFor Maintaining & Protecting Your

Ferrari

From the Mattioli Automotive Group

DETAILING

In addition to keeping a car looking its best, consistent detailing is an important step in protecting a vehicle’s finish. Contaminants such as dirt, pollen, tree sap, and bird droppings can scratch and deteriorate painted surfaces if left over long periods. Given the value of a Ferrari, It is important to ensure that “best practices” are followed when performing a car wash; here are just a few from Mattioli Automotive Group’s (MAG) very own detailing specialists.

• Use the proper products: Ensure that the soap and other cleaning products being used have been formulated specifically for automotive use. Excessively strong chemicals and detergents will not only strip the wax off but can also dull the finish on paint and trim.

• All Towels are not equal: Microfiber towels offer low friction and can absorb more than seven times their weight in water, making them less abrasive and more effective than other towels. It is best to use a separate towel for each function (i.e..washing, drying, applying chemicals, etc). Also, towels should never be used if they are contaminated or have fallen on the ground; washing your towels often will help ensure that they are free of debris.

• Two bucket Technique: To help prevent the re-introduction of dirt and contaminants It is best to employ the “two bucket technique” when washing your car. One bucket should contain the diluted soap and a second bucket should have clean water. After each pass with the soap, rinse contaminants off of the sponge in the clean water before re-introducing into the soap solution again.

• Nooks and Crannies: Dirt and water can gather in the seams of the doors, trunk, and hood. It is important to clean and dry these areas thoroughly to prevent dripping onto clean surfaces.

• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Water evaporates quickly in direct sunlight which can result in watermarks.

Is your Ferrari in need of a thorough and professional cleaning?

Feel free to reach out to one of the MAG’s four service centers to schedule a complete detailing service.

PROTECTIVE FILM

Stones, road debris, chemical stains, and UV damage are all potential dangers when exposing your prized Ferrari to the road and the elements. But owners can save themselves from headaches and costly refinishing bills simply by installing protective film over their immaculate finish. This nearly invisible film can be applied just to the most vulnerable surfaces or the entire vehicle depending on your needs and driving habits.

Protect your Ferrari against road hazards and the harsh elements before it's too late. The Mattioli Automotive Group contracts several of the top protective film installers to perform the service in our facility and can guarantee timely turnaround and flawless results. To learn more about protective film options for your Ferrari, or to schedule an appointment please contact one of the MAG’s four service centers.

CERAMIC COATING

Ceramic Coating is another popular option for protecting paint and other vehicle finishes. When compared to protective film, it can be a more comprehensive and economical alternative. Ceramic coating is a special chemical compound that is applied to various vehicle finishes to form a permanent bond with the surface. The result is a 9H+ hard coating that repels water and offers protection from UV rays, chemicals, oxidation, and corrosion. It can be applied to paint for protection against light scratches, wheels to prevent the build-up of brake dust, and glass for increased visibility in wet weather.

The MAG contracts several of the top ceramic coating specialists to perform the service in our facility and we can guarantee timely turnaround and flawless results. To learn more about ceramic coating, or to schedule an appointment please contact one of the MAG’s four service centers.

Keep your Ferrari ready for your next drive.

SKID PLATES

The most common dangers for Ferrari owners are steep driveways and parking curbs. Even with the optional lifter, which is available on newer models, there are still some obstacles that are too big to maneuver over unscathed. To add protection against marring the underside of the front bumper, many owners elect to install a skid plate.

This sacrificial piece of durable plastic polymer is precision cut to fit precisely on to the underside of the front bumper. The result is a nearly invisible layer of protection against costly paint and autobody repairs.

To learn more about skid plates for your Ferrari, or to schedule an appointment please contact one of the MAG’s four service centers. Each MAG location stocks an extensive inventory of skid plates for various models and can complete the installation in a matter of hours.

The phrase “if you don’t use it, you’ll lose it” has never been more accurate than with regards to automotive batteries. When a battery is in a discharged state for an extended period of time the lead sulfate crystals inside the battery begin to increase in size. The bigger the crystals get, the harder they are to dissolve which ultimately blocks the chemical reaction that allows the battery to charge, and eventually leads to battery failure.

For this reason, Genuine Ferrari offers Battery Re-conditioners which are designed to maintain a battery’s charge and combat the growth of sulfate crystals. A Battery Re-conditioner should be utilized any time a vehicle is parked for long periods of time. This is especially vital for new vehicles which contain more electrical components that put a drain the battery.

For specific questions regarding the use of the Ferrari Battery Re-conditioners or to order one for your vehicle, feel free to reach out to one of Mattioli Automotive Group’s four service centers.

Over time, environmental factors and harsh chemicals can take a toll on the interior components of a mature Ferrari resulting in sticky buttons, controls, and trim pieces. The only remedies to this condition are to replace the deteriorated components or have them re-finished. Either way, the process is very involved. Thankfully, the Mattioli Automotive Group’s service centers are very experienced with this issue and can help advise owners of their options when restoring their interior to like-new condition. If your Ferrari is in need of interior trim restoration, we invite you to reach out to one of MAG’s four service centers to learn more or schedule a service appointment.

Mattioli Automotive Group’s service centers are happy to help with any inquiries about these and other services offered to help protect and maintain your Ferrari.

The 2024 Lamborghini Revuelto

Lamborghini is Lamborghini. Bold, awe-inspiring, loud, exciting and... Electric! Say it ain’t so? Lamborghini has gone hybrid? The big, bad V12 that screams like no other engine on the planet is complimented by three electric motors that will help this hyper-car reach an astounding 1001 horsepower. Lamborghini is once again proving that they are truly at the cutting edge of well, everything automotive.

The Lamborghini Revuelot as it is Lamborghini’s first foray into the hybrid market segment will be an instant collector’s item that only the ultra A-list owners and collectors will be able to get their hands on. It is estimated that this revolutionary Lamborghini will be somewhere in the high $800k to low $900k for a starting price. And if pricing of hypercars are as they have been the past couple years, there will definitely be a market adjustment and I would not be surprised to see this car instantly sold out with a price tag of over $1 million. If you have to ask...

If you are a car enthusiast, you have been crossing your fingers and saying prayers that Lamborghini would not, nor ever get rid of the iconic V12 engine as there is truly nothing else like it. To pay homage to the legendary masterpiece, the V12 in the Revuelot is naturally aspirated, 6.5 liters and it is a symphony of hell-fire that screams up to a 9500 -RPM redline. Now that my friends is a sound dreams are made of. The V12 pushed out 814-hp on its own and again with the integrated electric motors, it is over 1,000 horsepower!

To the dreamers, engineers and innovators at Lamborghini, well done and thank you. Keep it Lamborghini and keep innovating.

Safe and e ective home security is a fundamental component of every homeowner’s experience. Below are some tips to help you think about your own home needs. Install an alarm system: Whether wired or wireless, in today’s technically savvy market, there are a wide variety of options. Place security signs and stickers in visible locations. Your homeowner’s insurance may o er you a discount for an approved alarm system. Secure your doors and windows: Insure your door frames are strong with protected hinges. Install deadbolts and/or upgrade

to smart locks. Reinforce your sliding glass doors and windows with door sensors or glass break sensors. And, if your door has a mail slot, make sure an intruder isn’t able to reach through to unlock the door. Plant prickly and thorny bushes and hedges:   is is an especially good idea underneath rst oor windows. Holly, owering quince (Japonica), Whitethorn (hawthorn), and thorny climbing roses/briars that can be trained to grow up walls and gates are all great ideas. Keep plants and trees close to the home trimmed so as to avoid places that could be used for “cover.”

Light everything up: Ample outdoor lighting is a great deterrent. Place motion detector lights, ood lights, lights on timers, solar powered lights or a combination of these near the garage, along pathways and/or any other exterior structures.

As Kathleen Norris, the poet an essayist, so elegantly wrote, “Peace, that was the other name for home.” We hope the above o ers a few practical options to help honor this sentiment.
