Our p Coast Trains East

Europe’s BIGGEST temporary billboard Drive By Media’s brief was simple.

The client wanted an outdoor media company to provide a billboard in a field running adjacent to the East Coast Mainline. The message would be a simple URL The result was: Europe’s Longest temporary billboard alongside the East Coast Mainline. Sites that maximised the visibility and dwell time. The site locations meant that they were passed by all operators on the East Coast Mainline, an added bonus for the client.

Aunt Bessie’s Giant Yorkshire Pudding In 2014 Drive By Media was approached by Aunt Bessie’s to run a campaign around the stages of the Tour De France.

The initial enquiry was for advertising along the routes of the Tour, however, our knowledge of the restrictions placed on advertising by the Tour we proposed something different.

The result, a gigantic fibreglass Yorkshire pudding to sit on a fully wrapped vehicle towing an advertising trailer travelling on parallel roads to the official route showcasing one of Yorkshire’s finest assets – a Yorkshire Pudding, proudly made in Hull at Aunt Bessie’s.

The Yorkshire Pudding, can be used repeatedly for other events and awareness campaigns, we store the Yorkshire pudding between events. The giant Yorkshire Pudding was the lead vehicle in the 2016 Tour De Yorkshire for Day 2 of the Tour. On Day 3, we handed out samples, to over 10,000 spectators who braved the conditions to be on the stage's toughest climb at the top of Sutton Bank.
