L Zone Delhi Dwarka

Delhi Development Authority projected a new zone in South West Delhi known as L Zone. L Zone is also set to become the India’s first smart city in Delhi. L-Zone is located next to diplomatic Enclave 2 in Dwarka, Delhi is all set to be the capital’s motivated smart city, which will influence digital technologies

to improve presentation and life ordinary to decrease costs and resource expenditure and also to engage more successfully and vigorously with its inhabitants. This city will possess of 100% power, Wi-Fi connectivity, 24×7 water supply & high regularity transport.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is working on every minute details of L Zone Area in their Master Plan. L Zone Area is spread across 22,840 hectare of land and offers housing society from well known builders of the Country. The main feature of L Zone Area is connectivity. The residential projects suggested in L Zone Area are planned between Dwarka and Gurgaon to provide easy and instant access to IGI Airport and other essential places. The affordable housing society in L Zone Area will slow down the sizzling prices in property market of Capital.

According to the Delhi Master Plan 2021, L Zone is available to be the mainly focused area which will build up as per Land Pooling Policy (LPP). Delhi Development Authority will act as a progress entity for the basic infrastructure and others like Private Builders, Multi State Cooperative Societies (MSCS) and Cooperative Group Housing Societies (CGHS) will work as residential and commercial real estate projects. L Zone is mainly divided into three parts. The outer area would be known as Green Area (25506.2 acres) like Farm Houses and inner area will majorly include of residential area and third area would be commercial area.
