Michael Lichtefeld (Director & Choreographer)

Drayton Entertainment: Directed/choreographed eleven musicals, including, Irving Berlin’s White Christmas, Evita, ELF: The Musical, and Thoroughly Modern Millie. Michael choreographed six Broadway Musicals including The Secret Garden, Sweeney Todd, Little Women and The Sound Of Music (revival), nine Off-Broadway Musicals, and nine seasons at the Stratford Festival. His shows have played all over the world from Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Europe as well as the US and Canada. He has been nominated for The Drama Desk Award, three Outer Critic’s Circle Awards, and won the Independent Reviewers of New England Award.

Since graduating from the University Of Windsor School Of Dramatic Art, Grace has worked at venues across North America, from Banff to Belize, on land and at sea. Will is a busy freelance bassist, composer and educator who currently performs and records as a member of the award-winning group Manteca. As an educator, Will is on the music faculty at Humber Polytechnic. Will is thrilled to be back with the Drayton family this season.

Paul Mitchell (Trumpet)

Drayton Entertainment: Irving Berlin’s White Christmas, Jersey Boys, Fiddler on the Roof, Evita, Holiday Inn, Elf: The Musical, Drowsy Chaperone, Little Mermaid, Anything Goes. Other theatre: Many venues across the northern U.S. and Ontario including tribute shows, such as The Rat Pack, Elton John Meets Billy Joel, Blues Brothers, Steely Dan. He has played with pop R&B groups Kool and the Gang, The O’Jays, Frankie Valli, Glass Tiger and Dean Brody. Film/TV: Hemingway vs. Callaghan (CBC/Shaftsbury). Paul is featured regularly at The Jazz Room in Uptown Waterloo, and performs with many of the top R&B and wedding bands in the GTA. He considers himself to be fortunate to be surrounded by many of Canada’s most talented musicians.

Richard Moore (Drums)

Other theatre (selected): Wicked, Aladdin, Mean Girls, Ain’t Too Proud (Mirvish Productions, 2023/24). Richard’s musical background includes years of experience performing in musicals, symphony orchestras, jazz ensembles, and pop/rock bands. He serves on faculty at both York University and the Oscar Peterson School of Music at the Royal Conservatory in Toronto. Richard is a proud member of the American Federation of Musicians Local 226.

Paul Pacanowski (Clarinet)

Drayton Entertainment: Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder, Fiddler on the Roof, Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Les Misérables, Big Band Legends, Annie, Blood Brothers, How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Evita, Camelot, Oliver!, Fiddler on the Roof, Chicago. Other theatre: Irving Berlin’s White Christmas, Oklahoma! (Theatre Aquarius); The Wild Party (Canadian Stage); Chicago (Mirvish Productions). As both a classical and jazz musician, Paul has appeared with symphonies and chamber music ensembles. His jazz groups have performed his own compositions in a number of music festivals in Canada and abroad. Many of his compositions can be found on YouTube. Jennifer is a busy freelance flautist/ wind doubler with the KW Chamber Orchestra, Stratford Festival, Stratford Symphony, KWMP, RCMPI. She has toured Southwestern Ontario, Alberta and Saskatchewan with the New Berlin Chamber Ensemble including a broadcast with TVOntario. Jennifer is thrilled to be back with the Drayton Family this season.
