




2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup of milk
1 stick of butter
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
Heat oven to 450 degrees
1. Mix all dry ingredients
2. Grate the stick of butter with a cheese grater and mix into flour
3. Slowly add milk to dry ingredients, with a spoon. Once its a dough ball. Roll and fold dough 6 times with rolling pin
5. Roll the dough out to a 1/2 inch thick slab. Cut the dough out with a circle cutter
5. Place the cut biscuits on a baking sheet and place in the freezer for 15 minutes
6. Take from freezer and place into the oven and bake for 15 minutes
*Keep butter as cold as possible before it goes into the oven
