astle Terrace Restaurant is the second restaurant from the team behind The Kitchin. It is led by Chef Patron Dominic Jack who gained a Michelin Star for the restaurant in 2011. The restaurant’s philosophy - From Nature to Plate matches that of its sister restaurant The Kitchin. The well-balanced and exciting menus reflect Dominic’s many years of training in some of Europe’s top Michelin star kitchens - such as l’Arpège, restaurant Les Elysées and Taillevent in Paris. Castle Terrace is a true representation of the finest and freshest seasonal Scottish ingredients and offers elegant and wonderfully balanced dishes, all prepared with a delicate flair and passion.
