PRIMARY LOGO

PRIMARY LOGO

The primary logo contains three citron leaves, the brand typography and an open rectangle which repersents the citron stem.

The logo has been specially arranged to make a unique and distinctive mark and should never be redrawn.

Please use only original master artwork files at all times and for all use.

This logo should be used when there is enough space and clarity for its details to shine. E.g Main entrance signage. Also, because of its principal appearance and nature, it should be used for more formal material as well as advertisement that introduces people to the brand and other prominent communication and marketing materials.

Please know that above logos are both citron’s primary logos.

PRIMARY LOGO | COLOUR VARIATIONS

These are the permissible color variations for the primary logo. The logo that goes on the White background is the same as the primary logo that goes on the Grayish Blue.

However, the logo that goes on the Black background is not the same as the primary logo that goes on the Citrus Spice background and the Ice Blue background, rather they are a modification versions created specifically for each backgrounds.

PRIMARY LOGO | MINIMUM SIZE

PRIMARY LOGO | ICON

This is the minimum size that the primary logo can appear in. It is important to note that using it at a smaller size affects the integrity of the form and overall visual strength.

Please use this logo if the provided space is equal to or wider than 40mm(Print) 113.39px(Screen)

This is Citron’s Icon.

This Icon is to be used in more casual and familiar settings.

E.g inside the hotel, website icon, on social media, etc.

They can also be used when there are spatial and visual constraints that do not allow for the primary logo to be used correctly.

The permissible color variations for the Citron Icon and their espectible backgrounds.

Please use this Icon if the provided space is narrower than 40mm(Print) 113.39px(Screen)

PRIMARY LOGO | CLEAR SPACE REQUIREMENT

The minimum clear space required around the logo and it’s icon must always be equal to the Cap-height of the letter T within the logo.

This allows for visual integrity when in use.

PRIMARY LOGO | DOS AND DON’T

The logo is to be used at 100% width and 100% height at all times. The logo is never to be squashed or stretched.

Each element of the logo is important. The individual components; the logo icon, the CITRON logo type, text should never be removed or used independently of one another.

The position for the logo can be used in any corner ranging from top left to top right, from bottom left to bottom right.

LATO FONT

The brand’s font is called Lato and it has 10 subfonts. Five (5) straight subfonts and five (50 italic subfonts. Lato font was selected specifically for its clarity, aesthetic and flexibility. It also has a good relationship between headers and body text.

The font is balanced as the letters are evenly spaced and does not take much space when writting a body text.

It is not permissible to use any other typefaces or fonts.

These are the brand colours and permissible colour combinations. These combinations allow for the most visual impact and clarity while emphasizing the specific mood required for the brand.

Please note that the Desaturated Green will only be used on the logo. It can also be used for print materials such as brochures and catalogue covers.
