HARVESTING THE GIFTS OF NATURE The tiny tots were joyous to re-visit re visit the farmhouse and it was quite a proud moment for them to see the saplings that they had planted about a month ago on the plantation day, grown into bigger plants. Our little farmers eagerly and excitedly harvested the fruits of their labour. They harvested the plants of knol-khol knol khol and cabbage in abundance in their paper bags, staying loyal to the slogan of ‘Go green, Go Clean’. The students graciously accepted these harvested vegetables as gifts. The visit helped them understand nderstand and explore small tactics of farming while dealing with fresh h vegetables and the rich soil. All the students were excited to visit the farmhouse again and indulge in gardening. It was quite a celebration for the little children to have harvested the gifts that nature offered to them as a result of their hard labour and dedication.
Temperatures rising! No problem it’s time to splash and have fun. Excitement xcitement was in the air when the tiny buds of tiny tots finally dipped, splashed and made fun in the splash pool again. Wearing their swimming costumes and carrying their bathing robes, it was hard to constrain their excitement as they made splishsplish splash at the pool.
EID CELEBRATION The festival of Eid symbolises virtuousness, peace and brotherhood. A special assembly was organised by Tiny Tots, Delhi Public School Srinagar to convey the significance of this pious festival to the students. The assembly began with the prayer "Sahibo sath chhem mea cheani...." followed by a Kashmiri song sung by class 2 students. Then, the students performed enthusiastically on some catchy songs related to Eid. Traditional Roaf was also performed by some students with full grace
teachers depicting Eid in its true sense giving a message to imbibe its values in our life. The assembly concluded with the students performing a mesmerizing Qawwali "Tees din Kay today.......". School principal Mr. Alistair Freese appreciated both students and staff for conducting a beautiful assembly.

Report card Activity Tiny Tots - Exploring the artist within..... within.... Tinytots showed their true colours, unleashing the artist and writer within them. It was delightful to observe students concentrating while drawing and writing a few lines on the themes given to them. While LKG students dipped their fingers in colour to make flowers so that they have memories memories all the years to come; UKG drew pictures about one of their favourite activities 'Splash Time’; Class 1 and 2 beautifully depicted their feelings on the theme ‘Farm House Visit'. We appreciate our students for expressing themselves in their unique way.
