How do we do it?

Experience has allowed our agents to build a vast network we utilize daily in order for our agents to best serve their clients. We not only have a network between agents in our brokerage, but also an established network between local brokerages. We are involved in multiple MLS feeds to provide our agents and clients with access to various listings in the FM area, as well as other major cities such as Grand Forks, Bismarck, Detroit Lakes area and more across Minnesota and North Dakota. This gives our agents the opportunity to find exactly what clients are searching for.

The industry is always changing, and we know it is important to always be educated on current real estate laws and regulations. Our company holds weekly meetings to keep agents informed on these changes, but also provides an opporunity to exchange information and experiences between agents. These interactions allow for an easy flow of information to help gain exposure for all our brokerage listings, as well as provide each other with real estate practice advice.

Our marketing tactics

The way we communicate is changing every day as technology becomes more advanced. It is incredibly important to stay current on these changes in order to provide clients with the best resources when buying or selling real estate.

Our staff is well educated in traditional and digital marketing to best serve our agents and clients. We have years of experience in designing and distributing marketing materials to targeted areas. More forms of traditional media our company uses include radio ads, commerical ads and billboards.

Our slogan is “There’s nothing plain about us.”, and we really strive to live up to that. Some forms of non-traditional marketing include, local sponsorships, unique customer appreciation events and holiday pie handouts, to name a few. We are always looking for new ways to help make our company stand out among the rest, because after all, there’s nothing plain about us.
