11v11 Tournament Registration deadline: December 13, 2013 Registration fee: • Team fee - $430.00 plus HST 11v11 tournament details: • For U13 to U18 boys and girls teams • Each game is played 11-a-side, full field in The Hangar’s dome • Teams guaranteed to play three games • Each game is 40 minutes (no half time) • Prizes awarded for champions and finalists

For all formats: • Organizers reserve the right to combine divisions and schedule double-headers • Updated OSA Player Registration Books for the Indoor 2013-14 season must be completed prior to the start of the competition • Each team must obtain playing out permission from their district association prior to the competition • Failure to present playing out permission will result in forfeiture of all scheduled games without refund • Teams participating in the Downsview Park Youth Soccer league must still submit playing out permission • Affiliated member of the North York Soccer Association and Ontario Soccer Association Competition dates: Mon., Dec 23, 2013 Thur., Dec. 26, 2013 Fri., Dec. 27, 2013

Registration fee must be included with application. Updated OSA player registration books for the Indoor 2013-14 season must be completed prior to the start of tournament play. Teams without duly stamped OSA player books will forfeit all games until books are ready. The ____________________________________ soccer team agrees to play in the Downsview Park Youth Indoor Soccer Holiday Classic Compeitions, 2013-14 and agrees that The Hangar, the landlord, Downsview Park Soccer League, Parc Downsview Park Inc. and the agents and affiliates of the foregoing are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury or death due to the use of this facility and are hereby released from all claims and liabilities whatsoever arising from participation in or attendance at The Hangar. I/we consent to the use by Downsview Park of my/our team(s) in photographs, videos and new media, and I/we acknowledge and agree that Downsview Park reserves the sole and exclusive right to use any such photographs or videos for advertising and instructional purposes, without cost or charge to Downsview Park.
