A 5-week business simulation competition to help students develop their interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and business acumen.
• Coming together as a new board of Directors, students work in teams and are responsible for formulating and implementing a successful strategy for their company.
• In the simulated environment, time moves quickly with one year passing in a week. Teams have to make important decisions to secure their futures.
• All the businesses have different starting points and histories, but all have a fair chance of winning the competition.
• Anything can change between the start and the end of the competition, a virtual five years’ time.
• Students explore the impact of their own and others’ strategic decisions on their businesses and on the markets in which they operate.
