SafSpirit™ C-70 Category Yeast Format Sizes kg 0.5

Produces very high quality alcohol from all kinds of substrates, with subtle congeners. Used for producing good quality potable alcohol and rums from sugar cane juice or molasses. Very good performance in agave juice (mezcales and tequila). Good option for low and medium gravity grain mash fermentation.

SafSpirit™ D-53 Category Yeast Format Sizes kg 0.5

The right choice for pure malt fermentation due to its ability to attain good yields, and to improve the concentration of esters that impart covetable fruit notes in the fermentation of new-make spirits. Able to give a large variety of flavours such as white fruits (apple, pear, peach) or exotic fruits (banana, mango), this yeast is ideal for distillers wishing to produce tasty malt new-make spirits.

SafSpirit™ M-1 Category Yeast Format Sizes kg 0.5

Produces great congeners, suitable for the aging of the whiskies in barrels. Good alcohol resistance (over 15% v/v).Very good attenuation due to the assimilation of complex sugars, making it the best option for whiskies produced from malt, when enzyme additions are not allowed. Good choice for continuous fermentation.

SafSpirit™ HG-1 Category Yeast Format Sizes kg 0.5

Used for Very High Gravity (VHG) fermentation. This strain achieves good yields when fermenting at VHG, allowing maximized production capacity, generating incredible savings in energy. High tolerance to ethanol, able to reach 18% v/v, depending on the process and substrate. Generally produces neutral alcohol profiles. Ferments all kind of mashes, worts, or juices produced from any kind of grain, potatoes or other type of starches, sugar cane substrates, agave or tequila juice, and pure sugar solutions.

Foam Control Format Sizes kg 5, 25, 1000

Refoam FD20PK is a silicone based emulsion which has been developed for where a quick knockdown of foam is required. It can be added to the kettle, still or fermentation vessel. For maximum efficiency we recommend the Refoam be diluted with water before use. Our Refoam also collapses foaming media during fermentation, helping to maximise capacity of your vessels.

Sequestered, caustic based detergent suitable for stainless steel and can be used at high temperatures (max temp being 80°C). Ideal to dissolve organic soil and suitable for both soft and hard water areas.

Scrub A Duck Category Detergent Format Sizes L 20

Scrub A Duck is a non-foaming concentrated enzymatic detergent for CIP applications in brewing and beverage plants.

Peracetic Acid Category Detergent Format Sizes kg 30

Peracetic acid 5% is a non-rinse sterilant, the product can be used in any application where the degree of soiling is light and a disinfecting action is required after cleaning. Peracetic Acid 5% is a fast acting, non-foaming and non-tainting disinfectant that is non-polluting to the environment.

Yeast Vit is a formulated blend of organic salts, vitamins, amino acids and trace elements along with an approved organic source of nitrogen, designed to ensure correction of nutrient deficiencies in your wash.

A bespoke yeast vitamin formulation to provide the building blocks required for healthy yeast –perfect for fermenting high gravity sugar washes, so it the ideal key for hard seltzers and sugar-based spirits. For optimum performance, we recommend using Just Add Sugar.

Amylex 5T is a thermostable α-amylase enabling fast and efficient starch conversion and viscosity reduction. Its use reduces processing costs through efficient starch liquefaction.

Amyloglucosidase 300 Format Sizes kg 1, 5, 28

AMG is an enzyme that increases the fermentability of your wash. This product helps to increase alcohol yield. It can be added to the mash conversion vessel or fermenter depending on application.

Diazyme® X4 Format Sizes kg 28, 1125

Attenuation control. A glucoamylase (or amyloglucosidase) that hydrolyses starch into fermentable sugars, mainly glucose. Increases RDF level up to 85%. It minimises residual carbohydrates and increases alcohol production.

Laminex® Super 3G

Format Sizes kg 28, 225, 1125

An enzyme complex hydrolysing β-glucans and non-starch polysaccharides like arabinoxylans. Reduces viscosity and enables efficient filtration. Increase capacity due to faster throughput.

Glucanase

Format Sizes kg 6, 25, 1000

A β-glucanase enzyme complex that has been selected especially for its ability to break down β-glucans, that are present in rye, barley, wheat and other cereals, resulting in reduced viscosity, improved filtration performance and extract.

Trizyme

Trizyme is a blend of α-amylase, β-glucanase and a neutral protease that complement the endogenous enzymes in malt. This enzyme cocktail is particularly relevant when adjuncts and un-malted cereals are desired for the process. Maximises efficiency, consistency and quality.

Once we receive your completed form and sample (s), we will contact you to sort payment and process the analysis for you.

You will receive a written report within 10 working days of the lab receiving your samples. Exceptions are ATNC and NDMA which can take 2-3 weeks.
