Thank you for taking a moment to consider partnering with Hamilton High School Band Boosters Our band community is comprised of almost 200 students, performing in 8 bands, with a reach of 5000+ audience members annually via quarterly concerts, home and away football games, and multiple indoor and outdoor competitions.
Recent accomplishments include:
• The Marching Huskies won the AZMBA Division 2A State Championship;
• The concert and jazz bands again qualified for and excelled at the ABODA State Concert and ABODA State Jazz Festivals;
• The Hamilton Music Department won the “Sweepstakes Trophy” @ Heritage WorldStrides Festival in Anaheim (for best overall music department);
• The Winterguard is the WGAZ Scholastic Regional “A” Division Silver Medalist;
• Indoor Percussion took 11th place in the WGAZ Scholastic “A” Division;
• 18 individual members qualified for AMEA Regional Honor Band and Orchestra;
• 5 individual members qualified for AMEA All State Honor Band and Orchestra and All State Jazz Band;
• 5 individual members earned the ADE Arts Diploma Seal for outstanding achievement in the arts during their four years of high school.
In one year, the program has grown 15%, illustrating the value our community places on music education at Hamilton High School. In a district where school choice is offered to all, countless families choose Hamilton High. Almost 25% come from neighborhoods beyond the immediate boundaries!
Black Level Sponsorship ($5000)
It’s time to wrap our 42’ trailer, and your $5,000 contribution would make a significant difference this year. The trailer travels around the valley touting our Husky Pride! We’d love to include your logo for all to see! Your investment will allow us to put more booster funding into programmatic needs, including additional equipment and clinics with valley musicians. Black-Level sponsorships also include a customized Thank You for your business to display. Want the best musical bang for your financial generosity? Silver Level Sponsorship ($2500)
We know many hands make short work, and joining with other $2500 donors will build a strong foundation for our upcoming year. Silver-level sponsors guarantee our ability to provide meals for band members before events. With your help, we ensure students are at their best and provide an opportunity to connect while squeezing in a good meal before a football game or competition. Your sponsorship makes band accessible for all. Our silver shout-out will include special social media posts and sponsorship Thank You signage during major events.
Maroon Level Sponsorship ($1000)
A $1000 contribution to the Hamilton Band program quite literally helps us set the stage. This year, our stage includes our practice “pad” in the parking lot. We would love to install brighter, efficient lighting to make practicing at night, well, illuminating. It’s possible with your help! Maroon-level sponsors are included on our show shirts, worn by students, staff, and many parents to most games and throughout the show year.
Husky Level Sponsorship ($500)
A $500 sponsorship supports travel to an away football game, helps cover expenses that arise when equipment needs repair, or supports students would be unable to participate without a little extra help. Husky-level sponsors receive a Thank You in our concert programs throughout the year.
