THE TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAM OFFERS YOU SUSTAINABLE AND VALUABLE BENEFITS. How the Transformational Leadership program works: You will get 56 hours of transformational coaching. That is 1 full day of collaboration every 6 weeks, 7 times a year: We start with an innovative, AI-based personality analysis, which forms the basis for self-reflection and examination. This evaluation of your character, motives, and competencies provides a starting point for our deep dive into the transformation process.

You will receive a customized framework that allows us to identify your blind spots and address your vulnerabilities. Breaking out from the norm and adopting a new paradigm of leadership will lead you to a new way of walking / leading.

We will follow a strategic process fueled by your commitment and open-minded awareness to explore and develop new behaviors, advanced skills, and effective leadership patterns. The more you tap into your natural resources, the sooner you will succeed in transforming your organization.
