December3rd,andthe16Days of Activism, which was MEC Pieters acknowledged the role played by Mr Zithulele Dlepu, the founder and director of Emadlelweni Day Care Centre, for the initiative in ensuring thatpeoplewithdisabilitiesare given opportunities to get the necessary skills required to improve their livelihoods She further highlights the fact that the services given to Emadlelweni Day Care Centre are services of the government at all levels, starting with the structure, which was offered a long time ago and all other support services in the past provided by various departments, districts, and the localmunicipality
