The purpose of this comic is to shed light on a conflict that has faded into history, whilst the affects of it are still ever present. This comic was inspired by the story of a taxi driver I talked to during a trip to Tbilisi in 2016. However, the intentions of this comic are to comment on the overall state of war, not just this specific one. Although it was arguably the Georgians who suffered most during the conflict, it is important to remember that atrocities were commited by both sides.
