REINVENTION is a process, not a project. It is a practice, and a way of being, with no expiry or deadline. Our LCL Leadership Reinvention Framework is designed to guide us through our Reinvention process from which we can apply onto different topics and contexts masterfully; wherever you are along this journey.

One of the most powerful tools within our LEADERS CREATE LEADERS Community is our REINVENTION CIRCLE. Napoleon Hill first talked about mastermind groups in his classic book Think and Grow Rich. And it’s the one concept people most reference when they credit any one thing with helping them successfully reinvent.
Using our weekly Reinvention Circle 90-min format, our members can gain diverse perspectives, knowledge, experiences, and resources within our own Circle. Besides getting to see our blind-spots more easily, we can also ignite our fire of accountability and advance our own reinvention goals and purpose more effectively.
