Oh the weather outside is frightful but inside Mercure Southampton is so delightful Mercure Southampton Centre Dolphin Hotel offers the perfect setting for a memorable Christmas. The stunning historic four-star hotel, located in the heart of the city centre, is a Grade II Listed building.

Our chef will be conjuring up his traditional Christmas fare with a twist in our Signature restaurant and Jane Austen Suite.
