We will join long time Key West resident Nance Frank at the Gallery On Greene to begin our journey of enjoying and understanding the Key West art scene. Included on this journey will be a visit to the Studios of Key West to meet local and visiting artists, stops at local galleries, and the opportunity to view art collections within private homes. The day will conclude with the opportunity to create your own Key West masterpiece by participating in Painting Bootcamp with local legend Rick Worth. A variety of dinner reservations will be presented to enjoy with other trip participants in small groups.

The Old Town Literary Walking Tour is a stroll through Key West, illuminating stories of writers who have called the island home. Inspired by David Kaufelt’s original literary walking tour, this tour features the former homes and favorite haunts of writers, including Tennessee Williams, Shel Silverstein, Elizabeth Bishop, and Robert Frost, and highlights tales of our lesser-known local talent. After the tour we will enjoy lunch at Blue Heaven Restaurant featured in the Jimmy Buffett song Blue Heaven Rendezvous. After lunch we will visit a couple artist studios and galleries before having time to rest prior to the special farewell dinner.

For those that would like to experience one last sunrise in paradise a trip to the White Street Pier Sunrise Society. Share stories of your experience during breakfast with fellow travelers until your departure.
