ABOUT US: OSSO Wire, Inc. Produces cold drawn wire, annealed wire, sheet bar, cut and straightened wire and other semi-finished wire products.

Based in Manisa, Turkey, Osso Wire started in business in 1983 supplying home appliance manufacturers with wire that's diameter is between 1,2mm to 12,0mm. Soon the word spread of the quality and reliability of Osso Wire.

Today we are a major wire supplier to many different industries, including electronics, automotive, computer and consumer products, to name a few.

HAKKIMIZDA: Osso Tel A.Ş. SAE 1008 kalite filmaşinden soğuk çekilmiş tel, tavlı tel, lama, doğrultulmuş ve kesilmiş tel ve diğer yarı mamul tel ürünlerini üretmektedir.

Manisa/Türkiye'de bulunan OSSO Tel, 1983 yılında beyaz eşya sektörüne 1,2 mm ve 12,0 mm çapında tel tedarik ederek faaliyetlerine başlayıp kısa süre içerisinde sektörde güven ve kalitenin adresi oldu.

OSSO Tel bugün elektronik, otomotiv, bilgisayar ve son tüketici ürünleri başta olmak üzere birçok sektör için ana tel üreticilerinden biri haline geldi.

COLD DRAWN WIRE SOĞUK ÇEKİLMİŞ TEL COLD DRAWN WIRE: Steel wires having a diameter ranging between 1.20 mm to 12.00 mm are drawn in high-tech wire drawing machines. Thanks to our increased technological investments and quality controls being made during the entire production process, we are able to reach the intended tensile strength, surface quality and micro structure results on each product.

DRAWİNG: This is the process where we pull round wire, at a normal room temperature, through a die or group of dies in order to reduce the cross-sectional area; that is to say, make the wire smaller in diameter.

TEL ÇEKME: Bu işlem, kesit alanı azaltmak için normal bir oda sıcaklığında, bir hadde veya hadde grubundan yuvarlak teli çektiğimiz süreçtir; yani, telin çapını küçültür.

ROLLİNG: Shaped wire is usually produced by the process known as cold rolling. This process increases the tensile and yield strength of the wire while decreasing the ductility as the wire passes between rolls.

ANNEALİNG: Depending on the material this process requires heating wire in a furnace to a temperature that with the introduction of Hydrogen gas and an immediate cooling stage will soften wire and maintain its surface appearance.

HADDELEME: Tele şekil verme genellikle soğuk haddeleme olarak bilinen işlemle üretilir. Bu işlem, tel ruloların arasından geçerken esnekliği azaltırken, telin gerilme ve akma dayanımını arttırmaktadır.

TAVLAMA: Malzemeye bağlı olarak, bu işlem, bir fırında, teli belli bir sıcaklığa kadar ısıtıp, anında bir soğutma aşaması ile teli yumuşatmak ve yüzey görünümünü korumak amacıyla yapılır.

INSPECTİON / THERE ARE THREE ELEMENTS TO OUR İNSPECTİON: 1. Incoming Inspection - This is the process that is implemented upon receiving raw material from a vendor, checking to see that it meets the requirements of our purchase requisition.

2. In Process Inspection – This is routinely performed during all stages of production.

3. Final Inspection & Quality Review begins prior to shipping in our Test and Inspection Area. This is where we totally review the specifications noted on our customers purchase order and compare it to the final product.
