REYNOLDS LISTENED!

The benefits open enrollment period begins November 7 and ends November 19.

During open enrollment, you can:

• Newly enroll in coverage.

• Change plans.

• Add/drop dependents.

• Drop coverage.

• Add/drop/increase voluntary benefits.

ENSURE your current address is up to date! If need to update, PLEASE do so in Paycor; this will update Employee Navigator automatically, once approved by HR.

2025 Benefits OPEN ENROLLMENT

Benefit plans effective January 1–December 31, 2025

This year, Reynolds made these changes to better serve our employees needs!

• minimize major increases in medical premiums

• switch to a new carrier –MetLife- for ancillary benefits and financial protection products as they are superior across the board in these products

• increase (more than double) the employer paid basic short-term disability weekly rate for all eligible

• decrease vision premiums while providing better coverage for in-network AND out-of-network services

• Lock in premiums below for ancillary and financial products for up to 2-4 years*

*2 years for dental, 4 years for vision, and 3 years for financial protection products

(Just to name a few!)

Due to IRS regulations, our embedded deductible is required to increase from $3,200 to $3,300 for single coverage and from $6,400 to $6,600 for family coverage for the HDHP.

If you do not submit new elections, your current benefits will automatically carry over to the new plan year However, you will need to go into your benefits portal and acknowledge the annual notices provided. The only exceptions are those that currently have the HDHP (HSA) plan will need to renew as it required annually to elect this plan.
