THE WINE

Gilgal Blanco is aunique blend produced from Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat Canelli fruit grown in the Golan Heights, known for its high-quality white wines. Cool fermentation in stainless steel enhances the natural vitality of these two varieties. This bright, tasty white blend displays an aromatic mix of melon, citrus fruit, apricot, florals and spices. While ready to drink now, Gilgal Blanco is best enjoyed within a couple ofyears of harvest.

PAIRING

Pair with bright flavors such as steamed fish with lime and coconut, skillet-roasted chicken breast with lemon, or fried artichokes with a sprinklingof seasalt.

THE WINE

Blended with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay fruits from vineyards in the northern Golan Heights, Gilgal Brut is produced strictlyaccording to the traditional method, with quality pressing of whole clusters and secondaryfermentation in the bottle. Each bottle ages fora minimum of one year prior to disgorging. This effervescent sparkling wine exhibits bright yet delicate notes of orange blossoms and green apples, layered with hints of tropical fruits,wild strawberries and fresh flowers.

PAIRING

Serve with any number of rich or salty foods, such as liver paté, caviar and sushi — orenjoyas an aperitif.

Gilgal Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from northern Golan Heights, Israel’s coolest winegrowing area with a strong reputation for quality Sauvignon Blanc. Cold fermentation helps preserve the naturallyrefreshingcharacterof the wine. This crisp, medium-bodied white exhibits pleasing fruit notes of guava and kiwi, along with lovely characters of lemon zest, mineral and citrus blossom. Ready to enjoy upon release, Gilgal Sauvignon Blanc is best consumedwithin twoyears of harvest.

Gilgal Cabernet Sauvignon is made from expressive Cabernet fruit harvested in the Golan Heights.Aged for oneyear in French oak barrels, the wine exhibits fruit-forward raspberry, blackberry and cherry notes intermingledwith blackpepper, herb and chocolate — overall displaying nice concentration of flavor and a lingering finish. Ready to drink upon release, Gilgal Cabernet Sauvignon is an ageworthywine to enjoywithin sixto eightyears from harvest.

Gilgal Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot is produced from an equal blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes grown in the Golan Heights. Aged for one year in French oak barrels, this medium- to full-bodied red blend features alluring aromas of red and black fruits mingled with hints of herb, spice, orange zest and cocoa — overall making for a complex wine packed with flavor. THE WINE

Gilgal Syrah is made solely from Syrah grapes harvested from vineyards in the cool Golan Heights region. Aged for a year in French oak barrels, this full-bodied red wine features ripe fruit notes of blackberry, cherry and plum intermingled with characters of smoke, earth, anise and cured meat, with a great concentration of flavor. Ready to enjoy upon release, Gilgal Syrah should remain in excellent drinking condition for about five to sevenyears from harvest.

PAIRING

Pair with savory dishes like roast leg of lamb studded with rosemary and garlic, slow-grilled beef spare ribs or creamy Gouda cheese mushroom casserole.
