Bartenders and event staff may be required for your event. The hourly rate is $50 per bartender with a three hour minimum. Event staff rates vary based on scope of your event to ensure excellent service. See you event manager for a staffing quote.

This bar selection offers your guests the option to order the drinks off your designated bar & the ordered beverages are tallied on a consumption basis for billing at the conclusion of your event.

BAR

This bar selection offers a full range of beverages for your guests to pay for as they order. The hotel offers a lobby ATM on site for convenience.

The sales & service of alcoholic beverages are regulated by the state of Texas. As a licensee, Hotel Vesper is responsible for the administration of the regulations. It is a policy, therefore, that alcoholic beverages cannot be brought into the hotel from the outside.

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE

Hotel Vesper Houston at the Galleria ensures the quality and freshness of the food served to our guests. In compliance with current health regulations, all food must be prepared by our culinary staff and cannot be taken off the premises once it has been prepared & served. The state regulates the sale & service of alcoholic beverages, and as a licensee, this hotel must adhere to these regulations. Therefore, it is our policy that alcoholic beverages cannot be brought into the hotel from outside. If outside alcohol is brought in, a fee may be assessed.

BILLING

An acceptable form of payment must be agreed upon during the initial booking arrangements. Acceptable forms include advance deposit (prepayment), direct billing (subject to approval) or completed credit card authorization form. Final payment for all catering events is required three business days before the scheduled event start day. **

ADMINISTRATIVE FEES

All catering & banquet charges are subject to a 24% administrative fees & applicable sales tax.

FUNCTION ROOM ASSIGNMENTS

Room assignments are based on the guaranteed minimum number of anticipated attendees. As actual attendance may differ from these estimates, we reserve the right to adjust room reservations to better accommodate any changes in attendance numbers.

MEAL SELECTIONS

If your group requires a split menu, entrée selections are limited to a maximum of two choices. There is an additional charge of $3.50 per person for split menus. The hotel requires the client to provide place cards or tickets indicating each guest's entrée selection. If the hotel needs to prepare more than the guaranteed number of a specific entrée, the client will be responsible for the cost of the additional meals.

ALLERGIES

At Hotel Vesper, the safety and satisfaction of our guests are our top priority. We are pleased to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies to the best of our ability. Please inform your Event Manager of any allergies or special dietary needs at the time of booking.

MENU PRICING

This quotation is subject to adjustment to account for increases in the cost of food, beverages, labor & other factors. The quotation cannot be finalized until 60 days prior to the event. Prices subject to change due to market fluctuations without notice. Groups of less than 15 persons will be charged an additional $75 per buffet. Buffets are not available to groups of less than 10 persons. Inquire with your event manager regarding options for groups of less than 15 persons

GUARANTEES

A guaranteed attendance number is required for all meal functions at least 5 business days before the event & cannot be decreased. If the catering office is not notified by this deadline, the estimated number will automatically become the guarantee. We will accommodate up to 1% over the guaranteed number for groups of fewer than 25 people & up to 2% for groups of 50 or more.

BARTENDERS

Bartenders are required for all bars. The bartender charge is $100 per bartender. In compliance with Texas State Law, all liquor consumption must cease at 2:00 AM, no alcoholic beverages will be sold to persons under 21 years of age. Hotel Vesper requires 1 bartender for every 75 guests for hosted bars & 1 bartender for every 50 guests for cash bars.

NOTICE

This quotation may be adjusted to reflect increases in the cost of food, beverages, labor, and other factors. The final quotation cannot be confirmed until 60 days before the event. Please note that the pricing does not include a percentage administrative fee and applicable taxes.

SECURITY

The hotel is not responsible for any damage or loss of merchandise or items left on the premises before, during, or after an event. To arrange for security to monitor equipment or merchandise, please contact your catering representative prior to the event.

OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE

Outside food & beverages are not permitted in meeting rooms or public areas of the hotel. Noncompliance with this policy may result in a $30++ per person fee for food & a penalty fee for alcoholic beverages. Per meal period.
