DCi produced a conference for dealers, corporate employees, vendors, and their guests. The highlevel attendees necessitated the very best in offerings and each element had to align with the company’s eco-minded values.
Highlights include:
• Custom photo-op with brand ambassadors, The Barkleys
• Transportation for 1,800 attendees from multiple airports to their conference hotels and daily shuttles to the Convention Center.
• Design and production of the Welcome Dinner at the Grand Plaza, including custom furnishings and entertainment.
• The first-ever buyout of the Anaheim Packing District/Farmers Park for an offsite evening event.
• Impactful sustainable solutions throughout the conference.
DCi was tasked by a tourism organization to create a week-long activation during a very popular travel tradeshow hosting more than 6,200 US and International delegates. DCi worked diligently to construct a “road-trip”-inspired brand village that represented the several California cities that sponsored the unique branded activation.
Highlights include:
• Custom-branded design that represented each sponsor.
• Interactive components to create social media buzz
• Custom-designed and built oversized elements for photo opportunities.
• Custom-themed bar units and locally inspired food stands.
• Weeklong event management for the event space as all activations remained present during the four-day tradeshow.
• Daily unique entertainment experiences.
A pharmaceutical client selected DCi to produce their annual National Sales Meeting in Anaheim, CA. The series of events proved productive and inspiring for all 4,000 attendees while showcasing the best of the destination.
Highlights include:
• Transportation needs for all attendees from (9) separate hotels to and from the Convention Centers, venues and airports.
• (9) franchise events during the meeting, each requiring a unique experience for each brand.
• A final night celebration that transformed a parking lot into an exclusive California Carnival, complete with themed décor, entertainment and cuisine.
DCi executed a highly-anticipated yearly national sales conference for a group of over 6,500 who necessitated the creation of unique experiences which aligned with the company’s strong core values.
Highlights include:
• A fully mapped out custom transportation plan for all attendees from (7) separate hotels to and from the Convention Center, venues and airports.
• 24-hour set up of a 5,000-person seated lunch hall inside the Convention Center to be used after breakout sessions with various table styles.
• A Top Producer off-site evening event at the Mission San Juan Capistrano featuring a name entertainment concert.
• Comprehensive branding elements and wayfinding elements for the duration of the conference.
The DCi Team developed and produced an incentive program for 3,200 top producers of a repeat client. This high-level group of winners necessitated truly custom experiences, from the activity to the evening event.
Highlights include:
• Management of custom teambuilding activity for the entire group
• Swiftly reworking the 90’s party theme designed and produced by our in-house design team to move from the Grand Plaza to inside the Convention center due to rain.
• The 90’s themed event incorporated styling inspired by three different music genres and corresponding entertainment
• Custom-branded items for all guests attending the event, including an interactive screen-printing experience.
DCi supported a 4-day conference and expo for 4,000 attendees held at the Convention Center. This conference was also a celebration of the company’s 15th Anniversary.
Highlights include:
• Design and production of a themed networking Welcome Reception that strategically highlighted the event sponsors.
• Sourcing and management of entertainment for the evening functions as well as the Expo to encourage movement from space to space.
• An Expo lunch inside the Convention Center complete with interactive entertainment from a high-energy roller-skating dance troop. The space was designed in a bright color palate that complimented the conference brand colors.
• Themed seating and lounge styling in the Expo that aligned with the overall theme and branding of the conference.
DCi was selected as the event production company to transform the Convention Center Arena into a high-end themed event for a biotech company. The event was a posh celebration for 1,200 internal employees.
Highlights include:
• Conceptional theming of the event to create the vibe of a trending white party inspired by celebrity parties.
• A Hollywood-style white carpet entrance to the Arena which had been draped to create an intimate space.
• Incorporating glow elements and dramatic lighting to create a contemporary and engaging vibe.
• Progressive interactive entertainment including multiple acrobats and dueling DJs.
