DCi was the DMC selected to oversee and design this two-wave program in Carlsbad, CA. The event featured a welcome reception with a gifting suite, a gala dinner, transportation logistics, and locally curated unique activities for the guests to enjoy.
As the partner responsible for driving the ideation and production of onsite experiences, we designed and produced this 3-wave program including creative immerse theming, production, and entertainment for each night.
DCi was selected as the DMC responsible for overseeing the event design and logistics of the Sales Business Conference in Las Vegas. The program encompassed themed offsite evenings, a welcome reception, final night celebrations, and transportation logistics.
DCi meticulously designed four distinct and captivating themes on-property at the Del Coronado, enhancing the hotel's ambiance and ensuring it truly stood out. Each look was thoughtfully curated to highlight the hotel's unique charm and elegance.
DCi was tasked with designing and producing a two-phase program in Scottsdale, Arizona. The project commenced with a call received nine weeks prior to the event. Within two days, the initial designs were completed, followed by a decor showcase two weeks later. Comprehensive planning continued from that point until the program's start, featuring uniquely crafted designs and exceptional entertainment.
For the fifth year, DCi was tasked with the design and production of a multi-wave incentive program. The 3 waves saw top performers presented with a series of high-end experiences ranging from activities to on-site events to final dinner with Jason Mraz intimate performance.
This bespoke program was meticulously crafted to deliver personalized experiences and memorable moments for each attendee, uniquely tailored to the charm of Palm Springs.
For many years, DCi has been the trusted DMC responsible for managing and designing the annual Sales Force Conference. This comprehensive role includes coordinating transportation logistics, designing three unique on-property receptions, organizing team-building activities, and curating engaging daytime experiences for attendees.
