Annual Sales Summit

DCi was tasked by a repeat technology client to create a buzzworthy sales summit in Austin, TX for over 1,400 guests filled with a community give back activity, dine around evening, transportation for all attendees and evening events that recognize the group and exemplify the location.

Highlights:

• Rainey Street Crawl closing this popular party street in Austin to create a private experience for guests with entertainment and unique food at six different bars and restaurants

• Custom made themed and logoed pocket maps to guide guests through the block party and highlight features at each location

• Theater dine around evening accommodating 1400 number of guests at 5 restaurants

• Awards dinner for 1500 guests which the DCi team flawlessly changed hundreds of candles on the day of the event to LED after a lastminute fire marshal request

DCi showcased their client’s new vehicle in a stunning location among the Austin landscape. DCi vetted and sourced this location, designing and operating this off-site venue big enough for this automotive launch. DCi demonstrated their expertise in producing a memorable and impressive launch event.
