Hyperscale Data Center Campus Virginia
xPL Offsite is providing offsite manufacturing (OSM) design development services to integrate offsite solutions using DfMA for a confidential Hyperscale Client’s Data Center Campus.
Prefabricated structural and utility components will streamline installation, reduce on-site labor, and enhance overall quality control. By shifting complex assemblies offsite, the project will improve safety, mitigate labor shortages, and accelerate criticalpath work, ensuring seamless integration into the high-performance data center environment.
Panasonic EV Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing Plant Kansas
xPL Offsite provided the integrated 2,200 lf structural steel conveyance, including mechanical and process piping and electrical services, for a 5.5 million sq. ft. lithium-ion battery assembly factory in De Soto, Kansas. This solution created a safe working environment, integrated fabrication, and improved productivity by moving work offsite. It addressed labor challenges and completed critical path scopes in a controlled environment, overcoming site and schedule constraints.
