Safe & Welcoming Environment
At Williams Elementary School we strive to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all students and families. Our staff is receiving professional development focusing on equity and diversity, creating a culture of care, suicide prevention, and Anti-bullying. We have planned many parent and community involvement activities throughout the year. The Emergency Response Guide is updated and reviewed by staff annually. Emergency drills are practiced regularly on an ongoing basis.

About Our School
BULLYING, HARASSMENT, AND SAFETY POLICIES
In order to provide a safe environment for students, our school has implemented and adheres to all district bullying and harassment policies. We teach antibullying lessons at all grade levels. We follow the TRSD school board policy regarding Equity and Diversity, bully/cyber bullying, and suicide prevention. All reports of bullying and harassment are quickly investigated.

Reaching out to local community organizations, and collaborating with local businesses, has helped us build support for our school and expand the opportunities we offer students.
