NoticiasYa is happy to announce that Entravision’s Fiesta del Futbol website is live! Viewers can tune in here for full coverage of the World Cup. Fiesta del Futbol is a multi-platform campaign that includes websites, social media and television for all our markets. Check it out!

WARMING UP TO WORLD CUP El Show de Erazno y la Chokolata, Entravision’s largest syndicated radio show, kicked off April with a fan favorite promotion, El Sonidito de la Chokolata. Every hour, at 20 minutes past the hour, listeners flood the phone lines for their chance to guess “El Sonidito,” the mystery sound. Every hour that the sound is incorrectly guessed, another $100 dollars is tacked on to the prize amount. Here is one lucky winner of $1,100.00.

PROMOTION DATES: APRIL 12TH – MAY 4TH In May, World Cup Fever ramps up in the Erazno y la Chokolata show with the “Golazo Que Paga.” Every hour, when the “GOOOOOOL” made famous by Andres Cantor plays in the program, a lucky listener will win $500!

PROMOTION DATES: MAY 7 – MAY 25 In June, the Erazno y la Chokolata show will transmit Live from Russia to cover the World Cup. A special edition of the program will cover the matches, fan experiences in Russia, Russian history, new parodies and lots of surprises. Make sure to tune in for this exclusive coverage!

As you already may know, last November Entravision rolled out Cocina, the destination for Latino Food & Lifestyle enthusiasts. Since then, and in only a few months, Cocina is just about to break the 1 million Facebook fans mark on its Facebook page in the U.S. showing tremendous growth since day one. In addition to the premium quality of its video content, Cocina provides Entravision access to some of the most desirable audience by advertisers nationwide: young bicultural, bilingual, high-income Latinos, in turn putting Entravision in an authoritative position as one of very few companies delivering a Total Latino Market approach. Cocina is already delivering over 20 million monthly video views across Facebook and Instagram. Below, check out a short teaser on “Oaxaca”, one of Cocina’s upcoming big product launches.

NEWS ABOUT NEWS New times call for innovative ways of thinking about our product. In that spirit, Entravision is taking its TV News unit to higher altitudes. Think better content, more local. For starters, we are in the process of building a stateof-the-art facility and soundstage out of El Paso featuring a brand new news set. We are also about to implement a centralized CMS (Content Management System) across our entire News operation nationwide. Having access to CMS will provide each of our local crews with the ability to seamlessly grab and use any portion of the vast amount of content being produced daily by any of our news operations, seamlessly. Talk about News of the future!

SUCCESS STORIES DENVER Water World, an outdoor family water park in Denver, had been an advertiser since 2013 spending $34,000 a year. Over the next four years, Water World’s investment with Entravision dropped 80%. Sheryl Personett, VP, Integrated Marketing Solutions of Entravision’s Colorado and Wichita markets, built a strong business case using ratings and entertainment data on the Latino market as well as local case studies to grow the account from $7,000 last year to $48,000 this year. Congratulations to IMSC Francisco Rivera, for closing the highest amount ever for Water World!

DAZZLES ORLANDO On April 15th, Entravsion Orlando’s Salsa y Sazón opened its doors for its 4th annual food and music festival. Over 6,000 people came and joined all the festivities—great food and entertainment for the whole family. The event featured live music from artists Charlie Cruz, Michael Stuart, Grupo Niche and Gente de Zona. All of Entravision Orlando’s talent was on stage welcoming and entertaining all event attendees.
