Penske gives you more than just a trailer. Every trailer that is rented from Penske comes equipped with a telematics device or can be easily retrofitted, giving you real-time location visibility. Lease trailers are either pre-equipped with a device or can easily be retrofitted for seamless monitoring. That means less downtime, better asset management and peace of mind knowing exactly where your load is – anytime, anywhere.

Streamlined Fleet Management: Filter and view trailers individually for quick access.
Here’s how it works:
1. Log into Fleet Insight to view trailer locations using Map Tools. Not using Fleet Insight yet? Visit www.fleetinsight.com and click “Request Access.”
2. From the left-hand menu, select “Map Tools.”
3. In the search bar, enter the trailer unit number or use the filter options to view your trailers on the map.
4. Trailers appear on the map using truck icons showing last location ping time.
5. Click any icon for detailed information and location history. Contact Penske Customer Success at 844-426-4555 or hello@penskecustomersuccess.com, if location history is not enabled.
