David, while driven and goal oriented, has always leveraged resources wisely. David grew Stockton Mortgage from being a one-man show to having 20 employees in 2009 - to today: he employees almost 500 people across several states. So many of David’s employees revere him. An honest, hardworking and relatable mortgage professional, David has the drive, expertise and skill to lead and grow an incredibly successful team.

Conventional Loans? Yep!

Our conventional loans can be fixed-rate or adjustable-rate mortgages. With a variety of down payment options, the minimum down payment requirement is 3%. There are also options that avoid mortgage insurance!

Bank Statement Loans.

Self-employed borrowers can relax with Stockton Mortgage’s bank statement program, with alternative documentation options of 12 or 24 months of bank statements.

Doctor’s Loan.

Medical professionals can qualify for a home loan even with student loans and limited savings (100% LTV, no MI, no joke).

Hobby Farm Loans.

Financing for Barndominiums & Steel Sided Homes.

Jumbo Loans.

With our jumbo program, borrowers go big AND go home. Inhouse amounts up to $2 mill, reduced LTVs, and a max DTI of 43%.
