


Team DCi made a splash in Las Vegas! We worked with our client’s goal to fulfill their sustainable initiative aimed at achieving ‘zero landfill’. All the waste in this program was recycled, composted, or donated. All expo furniture was donated to a deserving charity.
Our three-day event highlighted our in-depth knowledge of Orange County and our collaboration with Pelican Hill Resort. Attendees enjoyed comprehensive transportation services, an 'Island Dreams' themed welcome evening complete with Hula dancers, immersive daytime activities reflecting the OC lifestyle, a vibrant street party, and a closing night celebration with an Olympic theme.
DCi was entrusted with transforming a space at the San Diego Convention Center into a welcoming VIP hospitality lounge for an annual conference. We created a cozy, lounge-style seating area, complete with stylish décor and custom branding, making it the perfect spot for attendees to relax and network. The VIP Lounge was hidden away from the hustle and bustle from the conference and remains a top-secret activation within the larger conference.
DCi orchestrated an unforgettable top 100 reception and after-party at the Phoenix Convention Center, where a contemporary metallic theme set the stage including sleek décor, reception wall, numerous photo ops, and lively entertainment. The excitement continued into a dazzling after-party, which featured thematic decorations and additional entertainment, ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees.
DCi was tasked with orchestrating a vibrant street festival in the heart of San Diego’s famous Gaslamp District just steps from the Convention Center. Responsibilities included venue sourcing and management, arranging transportation, custom designed and strategically placed branded decor, engaging entertainment, and photo ops to create a memorable experience for the attendees.
