Host your event in the Pier 6 Rooftop Event Space for groups up to 300. There is plenty of room to hold a wedding ceremony and reception. Rental based on seasonality and time of day.
Select the East Rooftop or the covered Rooftop Pavilion, or a combination of both spaces, to accommodate your event.
Hosting a more intimate event? Gather your group up to 15-100 guests for a semi-private event on the Pier 6 Rooftop in a section roped off for your event.
* Rooftop events conclude by 10pm due to City of Pompano Beach Noise Ordinance.
The well-appointed Surfside Ballroom features floor to ceiling windows and flexible space (can be divided up to four ways) for groups up to 250 guests. Divide the space for ceremony and reception, breakout rooms, or intimate gatherings.
The Ballroom is also weather backup space for most rooftop events.
This eclectic space offers a mix of tables and soft seating to accommodate groups up to 50 guests in a relaxed setting.
Guests are invited to the Pier 6 Rooftop event space following your ceremony for cocktails and appetizers. This ideal setting for your family and friends to gather and toast your nuptials.
This open-air resort inspired space is well-appointed with a mix of comfortable sectional sofas, wicker chair clusters, and bar-height tables and chairs, with unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The Pier 6 Rooftop bar combines coastal elegance and unparalleled service, offering your guests a wide variety of beverage choices to kick off your event.
Opened in summer of 2021, the neutral aesthetic of the Surfside Ballroom offers unobstructed space for up to 250 guests. Airy, beachy tones set a blank canvas and welcoming spirit for your event. This exquisite setting for your dinner and reception will leave you and your guests with countless memories for years to come.

Hosting your wedding ceremony on the Pier 6 Rooftop offers an unparalleled experience with a variety of set up options. Each ceremony is designed with you in mind and will accommodate up to 250 guests.
Dress with your ‘maids and groomsmen from the comfort of your hotel suites, they take the elevator to the top for a walk into your next chapter with the love of your life.

Collaborate with your event manager and decorator for the perfect look. Your ceremony rental includes your selection from a variety of chairs, set up, and space usage for up to two hours. We understand sometimes your event is best served by a
We customize menus upon request, and also partner with the caterers below. Our clients may hire these caterers to perform services at the hotel. Your outside caterer’s charges are billed through the hotel to ensure seamless service and communication.

You will earn 2 Hilton Honors points for every pre-tax catering dollar you spend, and you may earn up to 50,000 points. Earn points toward free stays, services, or merchandise, or earn frequent flyer miles on your favorite airline. Hilton Honors Points will be processed at the conclusion of your event. To sign up, visit www.hiltonhonors.com and include your Hilton Honors Number in the designated space on your contract.
Most events are up to 4 hours, plus set up and breakdown time. Additional time may carry applicable fees. Lunches are served between 11am and 4pm. Dinners are served between 4pm and 10pm.
The City of Pompano Beach owns the adjacent parking garage. Event attendees may park in the garage at the City’s hourly rates. Hotel guests may do the same or have parking charged to their guest room for a reduced flat rate per day. As of the printing of this packet, the overnight guest parking rate is $24 per vehicle (subject to change). Event Valet parking available with fees upon request.
Prices are subject to service charge (22%) and local and state taxes (7%). Tax and service charge are subject to change without prior notice.
A $25 per bottle corkage fee applies to wine or sparkling wine brought in and opened for the event. Staffing fees may apply based on service and bar style selected.
Vendor meal are not included in the wedding packages. These meals are $40 per person and prepackage.
Kids under the age of 12 pay $30 . Please reach out to your catering manager for options.
The hotel offers both in-house and outside catering options in partnership with our approved outside catering partners. All billing from outside caterers is facilitated through the hotel. If you wish to use an outside caterer not on our approved list, there is a review and approval process before you contract your caterer. See your Sales Manager for details on the approval process and fees related to using a non-approved outside caterer.
Upon confirmation of the event, a deposit of 25% of your Event Minimum is due. A signed contract confirming the date and space is also required with the deposit.
Additional deposits are as follows: 25% of your Event Minimum on or before 9 months 25% of your Event Minimum on or before 6 months 25% of your Event Minimum on or before 3 months. This schedule may be modified based on booking lead time prior to your event.
Final food and/or guest counts and final payment are due 14 days before your event. All payments must be in the form of Credit Card, Cashier’s Check, or Money order. The hotel requires a credit card on file for any additional charges. Personal checks are accepted for first deposits only, and must be received a minimum of 14 days prior to your event date.
Prior to your event, a Banquet Event Order and itemized Banquet Check will be provided to you by your Sales Manager. You will be required to sign these documents for confirmation of your final event details.
Your Sales Manager can facilitate a group room rate for qualifying groups. The hotel provides a custom booking link for your group’ s guests to easily book their own stays with us at the group rate prior to the group cutoff date.
Located at the beach and Pompano Beach Fishing Pier, the hotel is a short drive from the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
The venue coordinator or Sales Manager will guide you on how to use the venue space and menus to enhance your wedding, ensure the space is set up according to plan, and ensure that your chosen meal is served.
A wedding planner or day of coordinator is privately hired by the couple and is required for all weddings.

One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom Suites are also available for getting ready. Most rooms and suites feature balconies and ocean views, and all guests may enjoy the brands’ complimentary breakfast and welcoming vibes.
