ALCOHOL SERVICE POLICY
When Bon Appétit holds a liquor license, the following policy is in place:
All of operations are to be conducted in strict compliance with all federal state, and local laws, rules and regulations regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages
All employees who sell or serve alcoholic beverages shall have an alcoholic beverage training certification from a program acceptable to the Company The following rules are strictly followed:
The sale or service of alcoholic beverages to minors is strictly prohibited
Proper identification shall be required from any person who does not appear to be more than thirty (30) years old
The only acceptable forms of identification are a valid photo driver’s license, a state issued photo identification card, a valid passport or a military identification card If the person cannot produce any of these forms of identification, he/she shall not be sold or served alcoholic beverages
The sale or service of alcoholic beverages to a person who is, or appears to be, intoxicated is strictly prohibited
No more than a total of two (2) alcoholic beverages will be sold or served to a guest in any transaction
The sale or service of alcoholic beverages during hours not authorized by law is strictly prohibited
The Supervisors in charge of the areas where alcoholic beverages are served shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with these policies
