Set on a 28-acre site in Inglewood, it’s the only arena in the world built with 100% embodied carbon concrete and targets LEED Platinum. Sustainable features include reclaimed water systems, a modular Central Utility Plant, and solar-optimized design — making it carbon-free from day one.
Inside, a 4K halo scoreboard with 80M+ pixels anchors a fan-first experience, alongside 640 restrooms, cashier-less concessions, and smart crowd flow systems. Outside, an 80,000 SF plaza and five full courts drive year-round community use.
Intuit Dome is also an economic powerhouse — generating $260M+ annually for Inglewood with a 30% MBE goal and robust community engagement. Delivered in just 34 months under CM@Risk, Turner brought deep local expertise and sustainable building strategies to make this next-gen arena a reality.

SoFi Stadium is a first-of-its-kind, 3.1 million-square-foot indoor-outdoor sports and entertainment venue that anchors a 298-acre mixed-use development in Inglewood, California. Delivered by the Turner/AECOM Hunt joint venture, this ultra-modern complex serves as the home for both the Los Angeles Rams and Chargers. The stadium features 70,000 seats—expandable to over 100,000— alongside a revolutionary dual-sided 4K videoboard called The Oculus. In addition to its size and scope, SoFi is the world’s first stadium to integrate a fully transparent ETFE canopy roof while remaining openair on all sides, offering fans a year-round outdoor experience. Adjacent to the stadium is the 6,000-seat Champions Plaza, designed for concerts, tailgates, and fan engagement.
The world’s first 360° dual-sided 4K HDR videoboard—The Oculus—suspends from the roof and measures 120 yards long. It redefines the in-stadium viewing experience and is viewable from every seat.
$3.79B Delivered in Just 42 Months Despite record rainfall, FAA restrictions, and 100-foot-deep excavation, the team delivered this 70,000-seat stadium on time and on budget.

Turner, in joint venture with Martin-Harris Construction, delivered full preconstruction and CMAR services for the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall Expansion — the largest CMAR vertical construction project in Nevada’s history. This $901 million expansion added 1.4 million square feet of convention and exhibition space to the existing campus, built on a 36-acre brownfield site once used as a parking lot.
The centerpiece is a 600,000 SF exhibition hall featuring the largest column-free span in North America — over 270 feet wide with 40-foot clearance — designed to host major trade shows and large-scale events. The facility includes a striking 150-foot-high atrium lobby known as the “Snow Cone,” 75 flexible meeting rooms, a 266,000 SF concourse pre-function area, 240,000 SF of support space, outdoor terrace and exhibit areas, and extensive food service amenities.
Innovations include a fully integrated Building Management System for real-time control, the latest generation of VESDA fire detection, and a massive 80x120 ft LED video wall. Sustainability and inclusion were priorities: over 21% of construction contracts were awarded to local small businesses, surpassing state goals, with nearly 4,600 workers hailing from Southern Nevada. The expansion was completed in just 26 months — a remarkable feat considering the size and complexity of the project.
