Introducing the TRS New Employee Mentorship Pilot. We’re launching a small-scale mentorship program to help new employees connect with our organizational culture and feel supported from day one. If you’re passionate about helping others succeed and want to volunteer as a mentor, register in Cornerstone and attend an info session on July 22 or July 29.
