Twin Bee, is an M/WBE coffee roaster, based in Worcester, MA. At Twin Bee, the belief is that coffee can be a source of good in the world. Beyond the unique fruitiness and sparkling acidity of the Burundi coffees, the direct trade partnerships empower growers, encourage gender equity, and help build self-sustaining communities.

Fogbusters Coffee Works is based in Greenfield, MA. Fogbusters crafts artisanal blends using 100% Fair Trade and USDA Organic beans. By selling only 100% Organic, Fair Trade, Air Roasted Coffee, they offer an extremely high quality product.

Borealis Coffee Company is a long-time Bon Appétit Farm to Fork vendor, based in Pawtucket, RI. Borealis’ small-batch, handcrafted beans highlight coffee flavors in a way that large coffee companies and distant supply chains do not.
